Front End/ Back End Loading

• Workers are physically fit
• Workers are prepared to work in all weather conditions
• Available Monday-Friday and weekend if required
• They come with all the proper PPE required (Steel toe boots, safety vest, gloves & glasses)

 PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)

• Workers delivered with materials and cleaning products required for the job
• Vehicle provided to move from unit to another if required
• Supervisor provided to coordinate between the foreman’s and workers
• Fixed fee quote for complete project

Deep Cleaning for Post-Move & Estate Sales

• Workers delivered with tools and cleaning products required to complete job
• Background checks upon request
• Workers have experience in cleaning homes
• Fixed fee quote for complete project

Snow Shoveling

• Workers are physically fit to complete the job
• Shovels can be provided upon request
• Available for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Hourly rate varies based on shift

Landscaping

• Workers with experience using leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and rakes
• Proper protective equipment provided for the job
